What does this role entail?

This is an opportunity to become a pivotal part of a well-established VIP Team for one of the largest online gaming companies in the world.

As a VIP Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our most valuable sports and casino VIP players across multiple territories. You will handle all aspects of their accounts, including providing them with loyalty rewards, and ensure that they're receiving the highest level of account management possible. In this role, you will hone your customer retention and relationship building skills, while gaining excellent product and feature knowledge. Lastly, you will also get the opportunity to meet and entertain players at organized luxury VIP events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum two years' experience working in an outbound phone-based sales or telemarketing role
• Exceptionally strong communication and customer service skills
• Must have an outgoing personality and great relationship building skills
• Must have working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
• Experience as an account manager or in hospitality a plus

Responsibilities:

• Drive VIP retention and optimize revenue through customer relationships
• Manage a collection of our most valuable VIP players' accounts
• Manage contact through calls, email, and face to face, ensuring the customers' needs are met
• Build a strong rapport with each customer, tailoring the service, promotions, and bonuses to their individual needs
• Work across several sports and casino brands
• Use back-office systems available to assess player accounts and ensure that before speaking to a customer, the account has had a full overview, and the Account Manager is clear what the objective of the call is
• To achieve a daily, weekly, and monthly outbound call targets
• To upsell promotions, games, and features of the websites on calls
• To monitor new high spending players and investigate if they should be assigned an Account Manager
• Work closely other departments to ensure we are doing everything possible to provide a seamless and entertaining experience for our customers
• To manage the VIP customer email inbox and deal with all levels of queries
• To manage difficult situations relating to responsible gambling
• Ensure members receive the best-in-class experience through events, hospitality, and bespoke offline gifts
• Partake in the logistics, supplier relationships, invoicing, and tracking of all loyalty events
• To work closely with Product Operations to ensure first class game knowledge within the team
